Robin Moves Workplace Management from Operations to Orchestration; Launches Workplace Management Connector for Claude
Robin is building a platform for agentic AI that plans, coordinates and resolves work within the boundaries customers set
BOSTON – Oct. 6, 2026 – Robin, a leading workplace operations platform, today outlined its vision for the next evolution of the category: AI-powered workplace orchestration. The company is revolutionizing its platform so AI agents can use Robin’s contextual understanding of a company, its people and its workplace to take action and automate how customers plan, manage and use their offices.
Today, Robin is also launching its connector for Anthropic’s Claude, bringing Robin’s workplace intelligence and capabilities directly into Anthropic’s AI platform.
“We made a clear bet on AI early: this wasn’t going to be another feature layered onto the product. AI was going to change how people worked and we built Robin to be a foundational part of that stack,” said Micah Remley, CEO of Robin. “We’ve spent the last year rearchitecting our platform from the ground up to be AI-native. By launching in Claude, we can deliver a truly magical experience where workplace planning tasks that used to take months can now be done in minutes. We are excited to launch more AI-native products by the end of the year that will transform the industry.”
Customers can use Claude to work with Robin maps, usage data, and office parameters alongside context from other connected business systems and files to plan new office layouts and seating arrangements that can dramatically increase office productivity and reduce overhead. Claude is the first AI platform where Robin is bringing these capabilities, with additional connectors already in development.
“Our goal is to bring cutting-edge tools to workplace professionals and employees to make planning and using the office easier, so we started with Claude because no other technology has changed work more this year,” said Ciara Peter, senior vice president of product at Robin. “But workplace orchestration is bigger than where you access Robin. It’s about turning workplace intelligence into action. Workplace technology used to help you manage the office. Now it can help run it your way.”
Robin is also introducing new space planning capabilities for Robin in Claude, enabling workplace teams to start with the outcome they want rather than manually building a plan. (See related release: “Robin Reinvents Space Planning for the Workplace, Claude-First.”)
“We’re building AI-native workplace technology that actually automates tasks for workplace leaders and employees, freeing them to focus on their core jobs. That’s what workplace orchestration is all about: instead of adding more things to your to-do list, we are checking things off of it,” Remley said. “What we’re announcing today is the beginning of that shift, and you’ll see much more from Robin over the coming months.”
