We believe that the key to good work is empowering our people.
We know that diversity is a part of this equation, and that’s why we are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the world around us. Our realities shape our everyday experiences and it’s our responsibility to our employees, our customers and our communities to address the issues with workplace representation.
Our DE&I report is how we measure the state of diversity at Robin today and the data informs our strategies for improvement. We’ll continue to update it to share our progress.
On our journey to becoming the most diverse and inclusive version of ourselves, we’re putting a laser focus on how we advocate for diversity in all of its different forms.
Encourage hiring practices that lead to a more diverse and representative workforce.
Create an environment that ensures equal access to opportunities for professional growth.
Educate on the importance of diversity, equity and inclusion, and the challenges that underrepresented groups face in the workplace.
Support written policies and unspoken cultural norms that align with our diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at all levels and phases of an employee lifecycle.
Provide community involvement through volunteering, donation drives, and partnerships with different organizations locally and nationally.
Employee resource groups create communities where Robinauts can get together and support each other. Through conversation and collaboration, our employees are actively creating a safe environment for their peers.
The women at Robin founded She Makes Sense as an employee-led, discussion-based platform for womxn to share their expertise and experiences in a casual and supportive space. We lead monthly meetings to cover a broad range of topics including imposter syndrome, difficult conversations, personal brand, and more.
R-Allies, or Robin Allies, is our official diversity, equity, and inclusion committee. R-Allies fosters a company culture where everyone values each person for their perspectives, skills, and talents. A steering committee leads this employee group with subcommittees that educate and promote continuous learning among Robin employees.
