She Makes Sense

The women at Robin founded She Makes Sense as an employee-led, discussion-based platform for womxn to share their expertise and experiences in a casual and supportive space. We lead monthly meetings to cover a broad range of topics including imposter syndrome, difficult conversations, personal brand, and more.

R-Allies, or Robin Allies, is our official diversity, equity, and inclusion committee. R-Allies fosters a company culture where everyone values each person for their perspectives, skills, and talents. A steering committee leads this employee group with subcommittees that educate and promote continuous learning among Robin employees.
