Yes! We understand that privacy is important, especially for our education customers. Here's how you can control the visibility of your Robin bookings. Any room or desk booking can be made private by a Robin user.

If you're a Robin administrator for an educational institution, you can set a default privacy setting for all room and desk bookings within your organization. This way, all bookings will be private by default unless users choose to make them public.
