We can now add a few more offices to our wishlist of in-person tours. In looking at these, we do wonder whether creative conference room design is a recruitment tool or retainment tactic. Unique office design didn't come up as a major factor when we mined Glassdoor reviews of Boston companies, so maybe it's more of a recruitment angle. These rooms certainly grab our attention, even in photos.
