The days of manually reserving desks and workspaces will soon be obsolete. Our platform will utilize AI to automate desk booking, making the process quick, easy, and efficient. By analyzing individual preferences, team dynamics, and space availability, our system can intelligently assign workspaces that best suit each employee’s needs, ensuring a more comfortable and productive work environment.

Meeting Room Management

Coordinating meeting rooms can be a cumbersome process, often involving back-and-forth emails and double bookings. Our platform is revolutionizing meeting room management by automating scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

We can do this intelligently by looking at factors such as user preferences, room amenities, detecting the type of meeting, and understanding where each attendee will physically be. Social Event Organization

Building a strong company culture is essential in the modern workplace, and social events play a crucial role in fostering connections and community. Since releasing our Activities feature, we’ve seen amazing traction in organizations and teams organizing activities in and out of the office.

In the future Robin can fill the role of event planner through automation, from suggesting types of activities, to sending out invitations and tracking RSVPs, to coordinating catering and venue arrangements. By simplifying the planning process, our platform empowers teams to focus on enjoying the events and forging lasting relationships. 

IT and Ticketing

‍Robin has always integrated with any major IT help desk system through our rooms and desk ticketing feature. Employees can report issues in real time by just tapping one of our NFC (near field communication) desk stickers.

In the future we’ll be able to automate even more of this process. By looking at signals like room or desk utilization, moved or ghosted meetings, and by analyzing office sentiment and feedback, issues with the office can be surfaced before a human ever reports it.

As the model learns over time, the building can automatically re-stack itself to facilitate ideal in-person collaboration and reduce space waste. This integration of intelligent stack planning not only maximizes efficiency and reduces costs, but also aligns with environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) goals as entire floors and areas can be “turned off” on slow days like Fridays.
